Fisheries Development Board is trying its best to do something for the betterment of Fisheries Sector in Pakistan. For this very reason, a fewdays ago we have launched a Blog on our Site which was being controlled mannually by the System Analyst. The old blog was not providing the latest features so that this New Blog in collaboration with Google Blogger is started for better facilitation of all of you. We in the Board, hope you will appreciate our efforts.

The HR Committee minutes are still awaited from the Committee members.
Committee formed by the BOD comprising of Mr. Alam and Mr. Iftikhar met on 31st August 2010, to discuss the pending issue of shop JV b/w FDB and SOS as recommended by CEO FDB.... visit of shop, market survey n FDB Committee meeting for fish outlet will be held after Eid ul Fitar...
HR minutes were finalized already....the jv shop decisions I have sent to mr alam, by Monday ,those too will be sent to FDB office
I had a meeting with Mr. Alam today. I have given him some points on which our recommendations should focus regarding the future of JV shop. He has promised to give his feed back in writing in the next few days. I will finalize the recommendations and will forward them to the CEO asap.
still waiting for the comments from Mr Alam regarding JV shop issue. i hope to finalize our report by this weekend.
